The Fiber ETL is an advanced non-ablative fractional fiber laser designed for comprehensive skin resurfacing and rejuvenation. Combining 1550nm Er:Glass and 1927nm Thulium wavelengths in a single platform, the system delivers both deep dermal remodeling and superficial epidermal renewal with high precision, safety, and minimal downtime.
Fractional laser energy creates microscopic thermal treatment zones while preserving surrounding tissue, allowing rapid healing and effective collagen stimulation. The 1550nm wavelength penetrates the mid-to-deep dermis to break down damaged collagen and stimulate neocollagenesis, making it ideal for treating acne scarring, surgical scars, fine lines, enlarged pores, and overall skin texture. The 1927nm wavelength targets the epidermis and dermal–epidermal junction, effectively addressing pigmentation, sun damage, melasma, uneven tone, and dull skin while maintaining a short recovery cycle.
The Intouch Fiber ETL utilises a non-ablative fractional laser mechanism, delivering controlled thermal energy without removing the skin’s surface.
